The responsibilities of Genesis Account include:
- The provision of a complete teaching staff
- Curriculum and program activities
- Coordinating arrangements with the camp facility

The responsibilities of the School include:
- Transportation for the students to and from outdoor school
- Insurance coverage (Certificate of Insurance needs to be sent to the camp prior to the program)
- Provision of counselors on a ratio appropriate to the camps cabin accommodations, with at least one male and one female counselor if both boys and girls are attending
- An adult (teacher or counselor) as your first aid person with First Aid and CPR certification, a vehicle for emergencies, and a First Aid kit
- A properly signed Health/Waiver form for each person
- A typed Roster that includes each students name, address, phone number and age. Please have the Health/Waiver and Roster available for the GA/AOS Supervisor upon arrival at outdoor school.
The fees are outlined on the contract invoice based on the camp location, the length of program and the number of students/adults attending. The number of adults, which includes teachers and counselors, under 20% of student count (1 per 5 students) will be charged at the reduced adult fee; over 20% of student count will be charged at the student fee level.
Manuals for students cost $5 per student. Teacher manuals are free. Genesis Account does not provide manuals for adult counselors but the school can print their own from the master sent to them prior to the program.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is due 3 weeks after the school receives the contract, when returning a copy of the completed contract. The deposit will be applied to your remaining balance.
The remaining balance is due five (5) working days prior to the start of outdoor school. If payment is not received, a 5% penalty charge will be added to the face value of the contract.
A final reconciliation of finances will be completed after the actual number of attendees is reported by our staff to our office on the arrival day. The guaranteed minimum stated on the contract invoice will be required even in the event of less attendees than the minimum. Either a refund or balance due statement will be sent to the school.
